The ITMB (Information Technology Management for Business) is a degree course that has been developed in association with top companies such as British Airways, IBM, ITV, Procter & Gamble (and many others!) to teach students the skills that make them ideally suited for jobs such as IT management, business strategy and planning, system design and IT consultancy.
Tip 1:
The best way to be sure you are doing an ITMB degree is to ask your university tutor or have a look at your university website! Is the degree endorsed by e-skills UK?
Tip 2:
If you aren’t attending one of our participating universities then I’m afraid you aren’t on ITMB. Our participating universities (degree title ITMB unless stated) are:
- Aston University (Computing for Business)
- Keele University
- Lancaster University
- Loughborough University
- Northumbria University
- Oxford Brookes University
- University College London (IMB)
- University of Exeter
- University of Greenwich
- University of Hertfordshire (from 2011)
- University of Manchester
- University of Sheffield (ITMB and Enterprise Computing: ITMB)
- UWE Bristol.

Employer
The ITMB (Information Technology Management for Business) is a degree course, developed by e-skills UK in association with industry leaders, which teaches students all the sophisticated skills they'll need to succeed in today's competitive job market while putting them in direct contact with future employers. The e-skills UK ITMB Employer Strategy Forum determines the programme direction and provides regular input to all aspects of the degree.
